Epson EcoTank Photo ET-8550 Wide-Format All-in-One Supertank Printer
This all-in-one photo printer from Epson allows you to print dynamic photos, worksheets, brochures, and informational flyers from anywhere. With print speeds of up to 16 pages per minute, you can quickly tackle large jobs. The ink tank printer is cartridge-free, using ink bottles to create highly visible colors and images.
Wireless (802.11b/g/n/a/ac) connectivity enables you to print from virtually anywhere, and it also supports Ethernet and USB connections. Utilize Epson Connect Solutions to use email print, remote print, or Scan to Cloud functions from your mobile device. Mobile printing support lets you use Epson Smart Panel, Epson Print Layout, Epson Creative Print, Apple AirPrint, and Android printing from your smartphone or tablet. The printer also supports Mopria Print Service.
Take advantage of voice-activated printing supported by Siri, Epson Connect, and Amazon Alexa. The printer can produce a borderless 4" x 6" photo in just 15 seconds, and it can print up to 16 pages per minute (ppm) (ISO) in black and 12 ppm (ISO) in color, with a resolution of up to 5760 x 1440 dpi for crisp, vivid images.
The all-in-one photo printer can also copy up to 16 copies per minute in black and 12 copies per minute in color, with a copy resolution of up to 600 dpi for clear images. The flatbed scanner boasts a 1200 x 4800 dpi resolution and an 8.5" x 14" scan area.
The cartridge-free printer uses high-yield ink bottles for vibrant colors and sharp text, and it is compatible with a variety of media types, including photo paper, cardstock, envelopes, matte paper, and more. Automatic 2-sided printing saves paper and money, and the printer features a 20-sheet 5" x 7" photo tray, a 100-sheet plain letter/A4 paper tray, and a 50-sheet rear tray.
The 4.3" full-color touch-screen LCD control panel makes it easy to control settings, and the printer is backed by the manufacturer's 2-year limited warranty. It is an eco-conscious choice, being ENERGY STAR certified and designed to be energy-efficient.
Epson strongly recommends the use of genuine ink to ensure optimal print quality and performance. The use of non-genuine ink could cause damage not covered under the printer's limited warranty.
